PB on the 5k today- 22:27. A 7:30 mile and a 6:30 mile in there.
Got back to the gym where a crack fitness instructor mentioned he did a 5 k last week in 15:30.
He can't possibly be good at math.

TK - likely not known for math skills.
In fact, the WINNER of the 2008 National Capital 5K posted a time of 15:30.1. So he's full of shit.
Only the top 7 finishers did it in under 16 minutes. Your 22:27 would've placed you 253rd... out of 2546 runners. And 16th in your category. So don't sweat it!
